This class was very useful and informative. It gave the details and links to so many resources and helps to understand and identify how and where the anger derives from. It does entail of a lot of reading so if you are not wanting to read then this class may not suit you. The videos were very informative and there was one link that no longer existed. Other than that, the class was an extreme success, and I was able to print out my certification of completion at the end. I plan to enroll in other classes to continue my education and learning at this training institute.
